  More than a few times the food was old and once uneatable they NEVER put ketchup in the bag or ask you if you want some. Sometimes the food is fresh and good, but it is hit or miss. I love Wendy's but not this location.

  Some staff friendly. And some clearly burnt out from their job. I complained about my sandwich. And it was actually the correct chicken, I was wrong. It wasn't hot in temperature though. The girl says the sandwich is fresh and she took it out like 2 minutes ago. That wasn't even my complaint. It didn't taste spicy. So the girl after opening my Already bitten into sandwich (health code violation), with her obviously dirty gloves, rewraps it and says it's the right one. I just stare and she asks, if I wanted another one...Hope she changed her gloves... The young guy that was giving out food orders was very polite and gave me a new sandwich.

  Food comes out wrong usually. More often then not they will forget to give you any sauces even if you pay for them. But staff is cool

  Freezing cold! If you like alfresco dining in the middle of December, this place is for you. We asked the management if they could turn the heat up. When they did, outside air came blowing in making it colder. Fix the heat, and we MIGHT be back.
