  The worst! Thank God for the bartender Heather and the food was good. The rest of the millennial staff ( including the manager) were just standing around doing nothing , but talking about their personal lives and one staff member was eating off a friend's plate having lunch. Won't be going back to this location again in Sturbridge, Ma.

  My mom and I go to this applrsbees every time we're up in the area. I don't know what it is about that place but their food is amazing their wait staff is awesome we refuse to go to the one in Westerly Rhode Island where we live because the food is always cold and the wait staff is horrible

  The Applebee's formula is not only a strong one but very successful. A casual dining and bar formula that offers great apps, drinks and entree items.
  
  The staff here is very friendly and was really accommodating to the needs of my kids. I'd certainly return.

  Their eat-in dining is usually quite good, let's say 7/10 I have what I would consider a great experience. But, recently I ordered to-go to be picked up. I ordered a simple 2 for $25 meal deal, and asked for several condiments and a side salad. They completely forgot my condiments; which is fine because they're free, but slightly irritating. They also, however, completely forgot my $5 side salad, and by the time I realized I was already home. So, I can recommend them for eat-in service, but not to-go or car-side service.
