  The food is fine; same as every other Uno. The problem is the management and staff. They seem to think this is the only restaurant in town. They are rude.
  
  I know this, so I figured, why deal with the arrogance, when I can order online, and eat it at home? Well, the online ordering said 25 minutes for it to be ready. 55 minutes later, it actually was. That means I got to spend 30 minutes hanging out in the parking lot, and asking the cranky hostess if there was a time estimate other than a few minutes every 10 minutes...
  
  If they had said an hour when I initially ordered, no problem. I wasn't in a rush, and if I had been, there was a cancel order button. But once again, customer service at Uno just doesn't seem to go hand in hand.
  
  I could run this place better in my sleep. The manager hides from customers and the rest of the staff simply doesn't care.

  The waitress was EXTREMELY rude. It seemed like she didn't want to wait on my mom or I. When the food came out she slammed the plates down. She never once came over to see how our food was. The food has gone down hill. This used to be my favorite restaurant. Not now.. I am NEVER EVER COMING BACK
